Due to huge demand Bundys Health is introducing Ultimate Energy Whey Protein Bars that can be made under Private Label. What we can do, is take our winning recipe formula products, manufacture them, wrap them and package them for you under your own branding.

This is probably the fasted way for you to launch your own branded Protein Bars and get them out into the market. As a general rule we manufacture the bars as a 60g bar although we can do a smaller size bar for you. Our minimum order is 500 Bars.

Our bars can be packed in Generic bar bags in either Brown Kraft Paper , Crystal Clear or customized packaging. The Brown Kraft Paper bar bags have a foil inner and the clear bar bags are made with a special material that has a very high oxygen and moisture barrier. If you require your own bar bags with customized printing you will need to supply the artwork for the bar bags. There is a minimum print run of 2000 bar bag wrappers required for customized printing. We can hold onto the wrappers for you if you are only needing 500 completed Protein bars. The wrappers would need to be paid for in full.

Cost starts at around $2.40 per bar up to $3.00 per bar plus GST. This should retail for about $4.50 plus GST. (Suggested price) A profit of $2.10 per bar or $42,000 profit for all 20000 bars. You can set your own retail price as the above retail price guide is just a suggestion. The pricing Includes inner CDU (Plain Counter Display Unit – Brown or White and not printed) and outer brown carton (plain) for delivery. If you require custom printed CDU’s then there is minimum print runs of 500. Artwork needs to be supplied and the CDU’s paid for in full also.

Once an order is placed we can usually manufacture within 1-2 weeks. Custom printing will delay this timeframe. We ship to you via our 3rd party couriers. Generally shipping can be 2 days to 10 days depending on where you are located. Freight for your order to your business address is not included. We will invoice you separately for this.
